Yael Davids a étudié à l’université Gerrit Rietveld (Amsterdam), puis la sculpture à l’Institut Pratt (New York) et la pédagogie de la danse à la Remscheid Academy (Remscheid). Le travail de Yael Davids a été récemment présenté à la Kunsthaus Dresden (2012), Kunsthalle Basel (2011), If I Can’t Dance, I Don’t Want To Be Part Of Your Revolution au Van Abbe Museum, Eindhoven (2010), Picture This, Bristol (2010), Objectif Exhibitions, Antwerp (2008), Tate Modern, London (2008), ICA, London (2007). En 2007, elle a présenté son travail lors du Playgound Festival au STUK Arts Centre à Louvain.
