"La Semeuse Tuesdays"
Each third Tuesday of the month, Les Laboratoires d’Aubervilliers team and Guilain Roussel invite you to attend a time for learning and dialogue through a program of conferences, discussions, walks, recipes, seed exchanges and/or screenings of films about gardening. Some of the subjects we will address include: Do borders mean anything to plants? Why do we label plants? Can we control nature? What is an indigenous plant? Is there a moment something becomes indigenous? What constitutes a project in consultation with the public? What does it contribute? How can gardening become a political act? We’ll talk about recycling, the urban environment and farming—all questions that will allow us to understand the function of urban gardens and the social and environmental issues they bring up.
Free entrance on reservation at reservation@leslaboratoires.org or +33 (0)1 53 56 15 90
