Cabbage, winter gardening, and seed exchange

Together, we will learn how to cook the cabbage from Alsace: traditionnel "choucroute" receipe by Tanguy Nedelec and ancestral conserve of cabbage.
We will also work in the garden, on the soil, to preserve plants from the cold, and will organize together a seed exchange around a common reflexion on the future of La Semeuse wooden cases.
